Green dates are open, amber dates have equipment already committed, grey dates are taken or closed. Submitting a request places a temporary hold while Crown Event Rentals reviews it.
The calendar reflects real bookings and holds in the Crown Event Rentals system — it is not decorative. A "limited" date means some equipment for that date is already committed; call or WhatsApp us and we will confirm exactly what is still available.
Hold, review, confirm
Submitting a request puts a temporary hold on your date so nobody else can take it while Crown Event Rentals reviews availability. The hold expires automatically if the request is not confirmed, so stale requests never block a date.
Crown Event Rentals then confirms availability and you pay the deposit. Until both of those happen, your date is not reserved.
